Lynda joined the Scribcor team in 2018 and currently serves as Director of Lease Administration.  In this role, Lynda oversees Scribcor’s full-service lease administration efforts. Her core responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for enhancing lease administration service solutions and capabilities to clients, coaching and developing team members and providing support and strategic management of lease administration services. Lynda also serves as Scribcor’s in-house consultant and resource on small property management assignments. She is proficient in several real estate accounting and lease administration software solutions, including MRI, Yardi, SAP, IBM TRIRIGA, Lucernex, Accruent, AMTDirect, ProLease and CoStar.

Lynda has over 15 years of real estate and management experience. Prior to Scribcor, Lynda served as a Senior Property Manager for a commercial real estate company, where she was responsible for the property management, financial reporting, budgeting and capital improvement projects for a 50-building industrial portfolio. Lynda has also worked for a large national retailer where she managed the lease administration and property management services for the company’s portfolio of over 975 stores.

Lynda earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Management from Purdue University, and she is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.  In her free time, Lynda enjoys refurbishing furniture, as well as home interior design and improvements.
