Erika joined Scribcor in 2009. Her current duties as an Account Manager include handling landlord issues, working with her client’s real estate leadership and controllers, and working hand in hand with its lease administrators. Her past assignments include AT&T, on which she handled the lease administration for over 600 locations, as well as another well-known company where she handled over 200 locations. In addition, Erika has assisted with the administration of many other client portfolios. Erika has worked in many different software systems and she has a considerable amount of knowledge in Lucernex, ProLease, Harbor Flex, LeaseAccelerator, Manage Path, CoStar, Accruent, and Manhattan. Her current role as an Account Manager has developed her experience with different software platforms and she has helped her clients to expand tremendously.

Erika has worked in many different fields which has given her experience in many areas. In a previous position, she was an assistant controller for a hotel chain, where she performed all of the accounting and auditing functions. She also worked for a major car rental agency where she managed the Illinois retail stores and acted as a liaison between the insurance companies and the retail locations.

Erika earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Robert Morris University (Roosevelt University), and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. In Erika’s time outside of her career she serves as a consultant assisting others with business planning and financial advice. Erika has an interest in sharing her knowledge with others to help with new business ventures as well as old ones.
