Our History

Since our inception in 1992, Scribcor has been focused on serving the needs of tenants and lessees only and does not provide services to lessors, landlords, developers or property managers.

After being founded as a division of Scribcor, Inc. in Chicago, we were established as an independent firm in 2001. In 2012, the company was subsequently purchased by Jamie Covert. Since that time, Jamie has added several talented team members, expanding the company’s service lines and adding global capabilities.

After being founded as a division of Scribcor, Inc. in Chicago, we were established as an independent firm in 2001, when we were purchased by Gilbert Fell. In 2012, Gilbert Fell announced his retirement, and the company was subsequently purchased by Jamie Covert. Since that time, Jamie has added several talented team members, expanding the company’s service lines and adding global capabilities.
