Mary Jane Sadowski
Mary Jane has been with Fell Lease Administration for 2 years. Her Lease Administration assignments at Fell include a large retail client with a portfolio of over 4,000 locations, where she handles Landlord issues, working hand in hand with lease administrators, doing analysis on accounting issues, assisting with admin support, and providing guidance for associates. Mary Jane’s expertise includes Operating Expense/CAM and Real Estate Tax Reconciliations as well as Accounting.
Prior to Fell Lease Administration, Mary Jane was an Accounting Manager with the country’s second largest retail shopping center owner for 25 years. She was responsible for 15+ Regional Shopping Centers with over a million sq ft collectively. Supervising a staff of accountants her responsibilities were: financial reporting, review of portfolio year end reconciliations, lease administration responsibilities for approximately 10,000 tenants, cash flow and bank responsibilities, tracking of construction and development costs, and acting as liaison to third party owners of retail shopping centers, development directors, controllers, and project managers.
Mary Jane received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of St. Francis.
