Kim serves as Scribcor’s Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she is responsible for Scribcor’s overall operations and client delivery and is part of the executive leadership team. With over 15 years of experience in lease administration, real estate legal, project management and software implementations, Kim brings a unique perspective to clients working to effectively manage their real estate portfolios. Prior to joining Scribcor, Kim worked at Bridgestone for 12 years in their commercial real estate and real estate legal departments. Her commercial real estate career has spanned multiple disciplines, including mergers & acquisitions, process improvement strategies, condemnation and property impact, teaching ethics and compliance courses and special projects. Kim earned her degree from Eastern Illinois University.
