Joan joined Scribcor in 1998 and serves as a Senior Lease Administration Manager. During her time at Scribcor, she has managed several large full-service accounts, including one client with a portfolio of 1,200 leases and led a team of six individuals. Joan has abstracted and reviewed lease documents, performed desktop audits and expense reconciliations, assisted in preparing budgets, done financial reporting, and taken part in a few database transitions. She is proficient in CoStar, Manhattan, ProLease, Lucernex, SLIM, Accruent, ManagePath, Portfolio Path, and Harbor Flex.

Joan’s career in commercial real estate spans over 35 years, and includes experience in property management including budgeting, billing, collections, financial reporting, and the calculation and billing of expense reconciliations.

Joan is an attorney licensed to practice under the State of Illinois Bar. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and her law degree from The John Marshall Law School. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.

An avid bowler and school board member, Joan also likes to travel, and her favorite destinations are Ireland, Spain, and France.
