Forrest joined Scribcor in 1999. His current role as Account Manager for a Fortune 50 technology company includes administering their sublease portfolio as well as performing escalation desktop audits for their prime lease locations. The sublease portfolio consists of approximately 75 locations, with a total annual billing of approximately $15M. With Forrest leading Scribcor’s delivery, this client’s average annual delinquency percentage (over 30 amount/total billing) has remained under 5% for seventeen out of the last twenty years, and under 1% for the last four years. The escalation portion of the contract covers over 200 locations, which has resulted in a total savings to the client of over $8.6M over the past fifteen years, increasing to an average of $750k per year for the last ten years.
Forrest has worked in the commercial real estate industry for over 25 years. In a previous position as Assistant Manager for a downtown Chicago office building, he assisted in calculating the operating expense billings on the landlord side for over 75 leases. Forrest is proficient as a Payment Administrator in Tririga and has experience with ManagePath and Lucernex.
Forrest earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and enjoys cooking and traveling internationally.
