A seasoned veteran with over 25 years of industry-specific expertise, Denise is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Scribcor’s existing and potential clients as well as serving on the executive leadership team. Denise is also responsible for creating and presenting a thought leadership series that provides insight and education on a variety of commercial real estate specific topics. Prior to joining Scribcor, Denise ran her own consulting practice and directed the Lease Consulting Practice for the Midwest and Canada for Deloitte. Denise is actively involved in the Chicago Chapter of CoreNet Global and Chicago Real Estate Executive Women (CREW). She earned her degree from Northern Illinois University and is a CPA (inactive) in the State of Illinois. When not obsessing over the issues and challenges that tenant end users face in an ever-changing business climate, Denise likes to ride her bike, read, and travel in her RV.
