Abbey joined Scribcor in 2009 and serves as an Account Manager. Her experience in this role has ranged from abstraction and lease administration to managing due diligence, data conversion and database management projects to providing account management for ongoing full-service lease administration for national and international client portfolios. Abbey has also been responsible for approving rent-related payments for clients, reviewing reconciliations, and participating in real estate committee meetings, construction meetings, openings and closings, as well as holding various signatory and notary responsibilities.

Abbey is an attorney licensed to practice law in Illinois. Her legal experience has focused on real estate for over 15 years and has included work both on landlord and tenant sides, in a variety of portfolios. Abbey is a proficient Lucernex user, and she also has experience with AMTdirect, ProLease, JD Edwards, Yardi, and Excel, in addition to a number of legacy systems.

Abbey earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Political Science from Emory College of Emory University, and her law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law. In her free time, Abbey enjoys reading, cooking, and watching Alabama football.
