Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) Reporting Requirements
Developing Reporting Requirements
ESG reporting requirements are coming into effect in the European Union (EU) in 2024, which will apply to both EU and non-EU firms, and the Securities and Exchange Commission is in the process of developing ESG reporting requirements in the United States (US). Scribcor is working with clients to efficiently address the issues presented by these requirements. Our team incorporates research and technology to customize solutions and services, making satisfying reporting requirements straightforward and expedient.
Data Collection
Although reporting requirements are still being developed and are expected to develop and change for the foreseeable future, firms have a large quantity of data that will likely need to be reported available to them. Scribcor works with clients to identify both relevant data currently available and data not readily available but likely to become necessary, as well as developing methods and procedures for collecting and housing it.
Visualization, Reporting, and Target Tracking
Collecting data is one thing, using it in a purposeful way is another. Although certain reporting will be required, many firms set targets for themselves that exceed requirements. Our team works with firms to not only to establish targets, but to track progress toward achieving them. There are a range of solutions that can be used to visualize and report data, and measure progress. Scribcor assists clients with choosing and implementing the best solution for their needs.
