National Retail Tenants Association “Expanding Knowledge Conference”

There are just a few days until we head out to the 2018 NRTA Expanding Knowledge Conference in Houston, Texas. From Sunday Sept. 30th until Wednesday, Oct. 3rd, we’ll be at Booth #11 at the Houston Marriott Marquis for one of our favorite annual events. Furthermore, I’m pleased to announce that I will be speaking on a critical subject for many attendees: come by Salon F on Monday at 1:30pm for my presentation “Lease Accounting Impacts: Office vs Retail, ASC 842 vs. IFRS 16.”

In past years, we always return from this event with a deeper understanding of emerging issues, new business contacts, and a fresh appreciation for our wonderful commercial real estate partners. This conference is an invaluable opportunity to connect with CRE thought leaders. Any professional can tell you, no quantity of LinkedIn messaging or emails compares with a face-to-face exchange of ideas!

For all these reasons, we’re looking forward to seeing you at Expanding Knowledge 2018 – find us in the aforementioned Booth #11 or during my speaking slot, Monday, Oct. 1st at 1:30pm in Salon F. Please stop by and introduce yourself: we love having the opportunity to meet clients, colleagues, and competitors alike. Travel safe everyone!
