Lease Administrator
Reports to: Senior Account Manager, Team Lead
Department: Operations/Lease Administration
A lease administrator provides support to the Senior Account Manager, Team Lead in managing all aspects of lease administration services to our real estate client accounts including but not limited to, lease administration, database management, accounts receivable, monthly rent preparation and desktop audit services. The Lease Administrator will ensure all lease administration services are provided in compliance with operation standards and contractual key performance indicators.
